Under the compassionate leadership of Dr. V. Ashwin Karuppan, Tambaram Medical Foundation (TMF) exists to make complete healthcare a human right, not a privilege.

  • Dialysis for All: Deliver 1,00,000+ free dialysis sessions, expand to five new dialysis hubs, and achieve zero missed treatments due to cost or distance.
  • Juvenile Diabetes Care: Screen and support 75,000 children and teens, cutting diabetes complications in our communities by 40 %.

New Frontiers of Care

  • Cardiovascular Health Initiative: Responding to the alarming rise of myocardial infarctions in young adults, TMF will establish dedicated cardiac screening and rapid-response centers, aiming to screen 200,000 high-risk individuals by 2030 and reduce preventable early heart attacks by 30 %.
  • Metabolic & Lifestyle Research Centers: Build two advanced research hubs to pioneer therapies that reverse metabolic disorders and make them affordable for all.
  • Cancer Early-Detection Network: Launch mobile oncology screening units to reach 500,000 rural residents within five years.
  • Women’s Health & Maternal Safety: Provide comprehensive prenatal and emergency care to 50,000 mothers and newborns, having preventable maternal deaths in target districts.
